While our postage partners will still do the heavy lifting, we’ll take care of the postage costs.
UK DELIVERY
We offer delivery services to all UK mainland addresses. Orders weighing less than 20kg will be sent via Royal Mail, with a typical delivery time of three working days. If you’d prefer a faster service, we do have next-day delivery options available for an additional cost.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Please note that some restrictions may apply to certain regions:

- Channel Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight

UK POSTAL CHARGES
Postal charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order, including packaging. For instance, a typical package containing a bar of soap weighs approximately 210g.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please e-mail us stating the nature of your complaint and return the goods within 7 days of receipt. We will refund you or replace the goods without fuss.
Payment Options
We accept most major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer.
Please make sure that if you are paying by Bank transfers to allow sufficient time for the payment to reach our account.
When paying by PayPal if you do not have sufficient funds in your account the money will be transferred from your bank account (if you have set this up) to our PayPal account. The takes anywhere from 3 days up to 10 working days to complete.
When transferring money via a bank transfer please ensure that the funds that reach our account are equal to the total monies owed to Gifts Direct 2 U.
