FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £75

If you spend £75 or more you will qualify for free delivery.

Unfortunately this doesn’t mean that our couriers will deliver it for free but it does mean that we’ll pay the postage.

UK DELIVERY

Orders with a weight of less than 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail and normally delivered within three working days.

Orders with a weight of 2kg and over will be sent via courier. This is a guaranteed next-day delivery service (working days only) and is also fully trackable.

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday inclusive.

UK POSTAL CHARGES

Postal charges are calculated on product weight including packaging. Just to give you an example, a typical 148ml bottle of hot sauce with packaging weighs approximately 500g.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please e-mail us stating the nature of your complaint and return the goods within 7 days of receipt. We will refund you or replace the goods without fuss.

Payment Options

We accept We accept most major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

Please make sure that if you are paying by Bank transfers to allow sufficient time for the payment to reach our account.

When paying by PayPal if you do not have sufficient funds in your account the money will be transferred from your bank account (if you have set this up) to our PayPal account. The takes anywhere from 3 days up to 10 working days to complete.

When transferring money via a bank transfer please ensure that the funds that reach our account are equal to the total monies owed to Gifts Direct 2 U.
