How to use: Squeeze paint into the included palettes and use either the brush or sponge to paint directly onto the skin as desired. Charge the Glow in the Dark using the UV Torch (included), then enter into pitch black conditions to see the flow effect. Recharge when glow fades. Glow in the Dark and UV Blood are also UV reactive using the same torch or any blacklight.
