Cinnabar Spiced Rum was voted ‘Botanical Spirit of the Year’ at the 2019 Craft Distillers Expo in London.
Cinnabar is a lightly spiced rum named after the Cinnabar moth which frequents Fort Cumberland.
Using 1968 White Rum as the base spirit, spices are uniquely added during the 2nd stage of the distillation process, making for a much finer and fresher style of spirit than any other spiced rum on the market.
Sweetened with the 1968 sirop and with a hint of vanilla added prior to bottling, this makes for a delicately flavoured and beautifully product.
Awesome over ice, or with a good quality cola, ginger ale or lemonade.
Cinnabar Spiced Rum is at 41%, as we are in a pentagon Fort, and 4+1 = 5!
