    FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £75

    If you spend £75 or more, you will qualify for free delivery.

    Unfortunately, this doesn’t mean that our couriers will deliver it for free, but it does mean that we’ll pay the postage.

    UK DELIVERY

    Orders will be sent via Royal Mail and, so long as Postman Pat does his job properly, are normally delivered between three to five working days. This service is fully trackable, and you will be sent the tracking number in the dispatch email we sent when its processed.

    Any urgent orders we would suggest you pay for the courier delivery service which costs £6.95 and is selectable at the checkout stage.

    Orders are despatched Monday to Friday inclusive.

    Returns

    If for any reason you are unhappy or would like to return an unwanted or damaged item back to us please inform our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt.

    You will be asked to send the item back to us at the address below.

    In case the product arrives damaged or incorrect, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance. We can provide you with a prepaid returns label upon request. However, if you simply changed your mind and want to return an unwanted item, please send it back to us at your own cost.

    Make sure to keep a proof of postage. Remember, the items must be returned in perfect condition and securely packaged. Your refund will only be processed once we have received the goods and verified their re-saleable condition.

    In order to process your return please include the following information:

    – The reason for the return
    – If the item is faulty please include exactly where the fault is on the item

    We aim to process all returns within five working days of receiving them. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed, including any refunds issued.
